Use third-party FTP software.

Install any FTP software e.g. Filezilla.

Host = yourdomainname.com

Username: You can find this username from the initial welcome email.

Password: Also in the welcome email.

Use the default port number of 21

Browse to find

• Public_html folder for Linux hosting customer is where your website files are kept.
• Httpdocs folder for Window hosting customer.

Login to web hosting control panel to use www.domainname/cpanel

Find File Manager icon, select web Root and click go in pop-up window.

Click Upload Files button to browse and select files to upload into the folder that you want.

Login to web hosting control panel to use https://domainname:8443

Click Files tab.

Click Upload Files button to browse and select files to upload into the folder that you want.
