1) Please go the error screen you want to snapshot; 
2) click Print Screen on your keyboard once; 
3) open the Paint program by clicking Start-> All Programs-> Accessories -> Paint; 
4) in Paint program, press CTRL & V at the same time on your keyboard to paste the screen pic onto it; 
5) in Paint, click File -> Save to save it as a jpg file; 
6) send the file as an attachment to the email.

MAC

Press Shift-Command-4. The pointer changes to a crosshair. Move the crosshair to where you want to start the screenshot, then drag to select an area. Find the screenshot as a .png file on your desktop
