In some cases, you might be required to Ping your IP address from your location. If your computer is using windows operation system, this is how you do it.

Please go to 'start' - 'All Programs' - 'Accessories' - 'Command Prompt' (or 'start' - 'Run' - type in 'cmd')

In 'Command Prompt' window, type in 'ping' YourDomainName (i.e abc.com)
