You may preview your website via this Temporary URL:http://YourServerIP/~YourUsername/ 

This displays the actual contents that you have in your hosting account. You will need to upload your website to your account before you can see your website. If you need help with uploading your website, please go to the relevant section of this Knowledge Base for more information. 

If you can see your web pages via the above Temporary URL, but can not see your website by entering your domain name in your browser's address bar, then please check the following:

1. Have you registered your domain name?
2. Is the Domain name that you have entered when you sign up your account with us Exactly the Same as the Domain name you own. 
   You can check this by going to the Members Area at https://secure.hostingbay.net/myaccount/clientarea.php
3. Have you changed your DNS settings with your Domain Registrar?
4. Have the changes of your DNS Settings Propagated? You can check this by doing a Whois Search of your Domain name.
