To cancel your hosting account,

1. Login to client area http://hostingbay.com.au “Member Login”
2. OR - https://secure.hostingbay.net/myaccount/clientarea.php
3. Click “View” next to “number or products”
4. Then Click – View details/request cancellation
5. Fill the form
6. Select cancellation type
7. Press Request Cancellation button.
8. You can ask us to cancel manually if you send the cancellation request to support@hostingbay.com.au from the registered email on our record. 

WARNING: By submitting your cancellation request, if you have chosen “immediate”, the account will be automatically deleted permanently on our system.
