Option 1

Please log in to client area;

OR “member login”

Fill the email address and password to login member area.


Click view button next on “Number of Product/Services” → Click View Details drop down button → Select Upgrade/Downgrade → Select product to change.

The prorate payment will apply as credit and automatically deduct from new product.


Option 2

Please send us an upgrade/downgrade request e-mail to and we can sort it for you.
